Like many athletes, I once felt overwhelmed by all the conflicting nutrition advice out there. Through years of trial, error, and study, I found an approach that allows me to fuel my body for performance while still enjoying the foods I love. From competing in soccer, to running half marathons, and now training for Hyrox competitions, I’ve experienced first-hand the difference that the right nutrition can make.
My path into nutrition began with my own curiosity about performance and food, and it led me to complete my Bachelor’s in Nutrition at the University of Leeds and my Master’s and dietetic training at McGill University. Today, I specialize in sports and performance nutrition, helping athletes and active individuals cut through the noise and focus on what really works.
Today, I specialize in sports and performance nutrition, guiding everyday athletes and active people to cut through the noise of nutrition misinformation. My philosophy is simple: nutrition should fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. I don’t believe in rigid rules, strict meal plans (though it can be useful as a guide sometimes!), or taking the joy out of eating. Instead, I focus on building flexible, practical strategies that fuel performance, support recovery, and make food enjoyable again.
Outside of my work, you’ll find me training for something, playing a pick-up soccer game, or exploring new cafés and bakeries. I believe that food is more than fuel — it’s also connection, comfort, and joy - and I bring that mindset into the work I do with every client.
